Aesthetic Rejuvenation: A Regional Approach edited by Ranell Hirsch, Neil Sadick, and Joel L. Cohen is a lightweight, but comprehensive, easy-to-use textbook. The book’s focus is on specific regions of the body, giving practitioners a way to effectively determine the most appropriate procedure, similar to what we do in practice when evaluating cosmetic patients.
To the Editor: A 32-year-old woman with acute myelogenous leukemia presented with a 2-month history of subtle papules on her cheeks and forehead 100 days after allogenic bone-marrow transplantation (). She was on cyclosporine for graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis

In this study, we show that human dermal fibroblasts (HDFs) express sphingosine-1-phosphate (S1P) receptors S1P1, S1P2, and S1P3. In addition, cell viability of HDFs is increased by phytosphingosine-1-phosphate (PhS1P) via regulation of the Jun N-terminal kinase (JNK)/Akt pathway. Interestingly, regulation of the JNK/Akt pathway by PhS1P attenuated H2O2-induced cell growth arrest.
Conclusion. Penile girth enlargement with acellular dermal matrix grafts has several advantages over augmentation with autogenous dermis‐fat grafts: the elimination of donor site morbidity and a significantly shorter operation time. With this approach, through a short dorsal incision at the base of the penis, the scar is concealed in a crease covered by pubic hair and thus hardly visible. Conclusions The current observations provide morphological evidence that the exocytosis‐phagocytosis mechanisms of mast cell granules represents one pathophysiological example of mast cells‐dermal dendrocytes interactions in urticaria.
